So I took apart one of my bras last night just so I can see the anatomy of this torture device. I never really thought of an underwire before. I mean seriously stopped to think of it. Yes, it does provide a little more support than regular bras- but why? The only answer I could come up with is because it prevents the bra from riding up. But why do they have to look like THIS? (see picture on the left).

One of the first things I am going to do when I make my first prototype is going to be to eliminate the metal underwire we have all grown accustomed to yanking, readjusting, moving, and sometimes removing altogether. We've all been pinched by these nasty contraptions and very few are fortunate enough to find a bra whose underwire doesn't dig into your armpit.

Here's your chance ladies. What is the #1 thing you would like to see changed about the bra? It can be anything at all- don't hold back! Your input just might help me in my quest for the perfect custom bra.

Tata(s) for now!

Where I live in a world where women are not bound by uncomfortable undergarments. Where women never have to buy a new bra that "almost fits". We need not be bound by metal underwire and plastic boning! Women of the world unite! I call upon you to take a stand- a stand for comfort. One day, we will rise up and take back our braziers from the men who designed them. That day, ladies, is very near.

I have made it my passion to create the absolute pinnacle of the custom bra. I hope to have my line launched and my store opened the first part of 2011. Bookmark us now to stay up to date with new announcements!

I look forward to sharing more with you soon!

Have you found your dream bra?
